served with oven roasted pecan and crabmeat relish,
topped with lemon-butter sauce


Redfish and Crab Stuffing
fresh filet of Redfish, wrapped around peppery crab stuffing
then oven roasted, seved on haricots verts and
finished with a Louisiana Blue Crab sauce


Half Roasted Chicken
with grilled vegetables and buttery new potatoes,
finished with a natural thyme reduction sauce


Double Cut Pork Chop
wood grilled, topped with a Louisiana sugar cane apple glaze,
served with candied pecan mashed sweet potatoes
and southern style greens


Wood Grilled Redfish
fresh filet of Redfish house seasoned and served with
haricots verts, buttery new potatoes and lemon butter
